60g carrotsa, 25g cashew nuts, 20 g raisins, 150 g yogurt
10 g garam masala, 15 g green chillies, 75g onions, 1 tsp chilli powder
½ tbsp turmeric, 75g ghee or butter, 1 small bunch mint leave
1 small bunch cilantro, 1 lemon, 25 g ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
METHOD
Wash the rice and soak in water for 20 minute
Mix the chopped carrots and paneer and fry in oil for few minute.
Heat ghee in another pan , fry onions until golden brown . add ginger garlic paste and green chillies , mint leaves, paneer ,vegetables ,dry fruits and fry for 5-6 minute.
Also add garam masala , salt turmeric, chilli powder, yogurt and fry well, remove from heat and keep aside.
Boil water in another vessel , add washed rice and cook until is it half cooked.
Then add the above prepared curry to the rice and mix well and cook on the steam until the rice is done.
Sprinkle the lemon juice on rice and serve with cherries on it.
